We are seeking a Handyman to join our team at REVO Properties. This Handyman position has a wide range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting, repair,

maintenance, and supervising sub-contractors, for various small to mid sized projects on our commercial properties. We offer paid vacations, sick days, and paid holidays.

You will perform several duties to maintain our vacant and tenant-occupied properties, including:

• providing emergency/unscheduled repairs as well as scheduled maintenance repairs to properties;
• using a variety of hand and power tools;
• detecting and troubleshooting faulty operations, defective materials and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision;
• supervising sub-contractors, including trades such as plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc., and vendors;
• complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas; and
• reporting work done on each property.

Travel is required for this position. You must be able to drive to and from properties, have a valid updated driver's license, and be eligible to be insured under the company's auto insurance company.

Work is regularly performed in a combination of finished and

unfinished spaces (offices, warehouses, outdoor, retail, and workshop environments) and is sometimes exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. You must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds.

You must possess a strong background in construction aspects of commercial properties, including trades such as drywall, painting, flooring, locks, doors, windows. You must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
